Registration Information

The Process
Registration is intended to be on a first come basis. However, if demand during the January registration period exceeds space available, those registrants will be selected on a lottery basis. Subsequent registration will be taken on a strictly first come basis until all spaces are filled. If necessary, a waiting list will be established through lottery and then order of registration after the initial registration period. Siblings are accepted without regard to waiting list or lottery as space permits. Lists are not carried over to subsequent years.

To Register
Complete the following
- KUSD Registration Form, one for each child
- The Brompton School Registration Form, one for each child
- Student Immunization Card
- Emergency Form
- Parent Contract

If you are registering for Kindergarten:
- KUSD Kindergarten Information, 2 page form
- The Brompton School Kindergarten Form

If you are registering for Grade 1 through 5:
- Uniform Policy

You Will Need to bring
- Birth Certificate. Kindergarten children must be 5 years old before September1st.
- Immunization Information (proof will be required).
- Proof of Kenosha Residency
- Child’s Social Security Number

You May Want to Know
Uniforms
Students in grades 1 through 5 wear School Uniforms. Uniforms are ordered through School Belles. Order and fitting day is usually scheduled for May. You will be notified of the date. Students are required to wear the school uniform on the first day of school. If you need help with the purchase of uniforms, see the Director.

School Supplies
A list of required supplies and student fees will be sent to new families during the summer months.

Health Form
The Health Form for students entering Kindergarten and Fourth garde should be sent to the school office before the start of school. This form is required of all Kindergarten and Fourth grade Brompton Students.
